Turnkey plant construction

Vessel construction

For pressure and storage vessels, we offer you a complete solution according to the standards you require (ASME VIII DIv. 1, AD 2000, EN 13445), ranging from calculation to manufacturing. In doing so, we pay attention to the highest safety requirements and long-term functionality that perfectly supports your specific applications. To achieve the operational safety of a vessel, all requirements must be meticulously examined at the beginning and taken into account in the strength calculation: pressure, temperature, medium, cyclic loads, nozzle loads — to name just a few key figures as examples.

The manufacturing and testing of the vessels takes place after strict requirements of the valid regulations. We guarantee highest care in the areas welding technology, special cleanliness requierements and in the area of measure and testing procedures. In addition to that, the involvement of competent, independent bodies — the so-called notified bodies — in the production of pressure equipment ensures that all reuqierements set by us are met.

Surface technology

Abrasive technology: Air blasting with various blasting agents (e.g., sand, slag, glass beads)

Painting: we don't only give the components the optical shine, but also guarantee high-quality industrial coatings for the highest loads.

Electrical/pneumatical instrumentation

Static calculation: the right design and dimensioning provides for optimal safety and economic efficiency. Depending on the application, we offer calculations in accordance with the relevant current standards for the areas of steel, vessel and piping construction (e.g., DIN EN 1993-1-1).
Construction and drawing creation: with detailed 3D planning, we ensure that your projects are implemented flawlessly and that all details comply with your requierements and regulations.

Measure & testing processes

Measurements, pressure tests and function tests also guarantee a flawless delivery of your plants/components. Additionally, we have a specialized company for non-destructive testing (NDT) continuously employed at our location to ensure an independent quality control. We can offer you all common inspection methods such as X-ray (RT), dye penetrant (PT) magnetic particle (MT) and ultrasonic testing (UT). The execution and evaluation are carried out according to approved testing specifications in accordance with valid norms like DIN-EN and ASME.
