What WE EXPECT

• Completed advanced training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or a completed engineering degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a comparable field
• Independent management and execution of projects in plant engineering
• Planning, management, and monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality
• Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as customers and suppliers
• Preparation and review of project documents, schedules, and documentation
• Technical and commercial management of projects from the planning stage through to commissioning
• Conducting project meetings and providing regular reports to management
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and quality standards
• Motivation, strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented approach
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken, for communication with international customers, suppliers, and project partners
